Privacy policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit vpn-guides.com, why, and what choices you have. The short version: we collect very little, and we don't sell it.
Who we are
vpn-guides.com is operated by Vassallo Marketing, 19 Co Rd 3688, Big Sandy, TX 75755, USA. Contact: info@vpn-guides.com.
Server logs
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, Inc., automatically processes basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, the pages you request, the date and time, the referring page, and your browser and device type. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We keep any logs we access for no longer than 30 days unless they're needed to investigate a security problem. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.
Fonts
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Cookies
We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or similar tools. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to tell real visitors from bots. These aren't used for tracking or advertising.
Affiliate links
When you click a link to Norton VPN, you leave our site and go through the Impact affiliate network to Norton's website. Impact and Norton may set their own cookies to record that you came from us, so we can be credited if you buy. We never receive your name, payment details or other personal information from these purchases. Norton's own privacy policy applies on its website.
Emails
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We delete the conversation once it's resolved, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons.
We don't sell or share your information
We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law and similar state laws. We don't use your information for targeted advertising or profiling.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your state, including California, Texas, Colorado and Virginia, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, and opt out of its sale or use for targeted advertising (we don't do either). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email info@vpn-guides.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we'll respond within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
